1. Utilizes a programmable logic control (PLC) system that allows for the automatic switch of high- or low-speed operating mode in accordance with specific metal sheet features, improving working efficiency and decreasing maintenance.

2. The expandable & shrinkable hydraulic cylinders of the material uncoiler and coiling axle are one- piece formed, ensuring a lower malfunctioning rate.

3. The material uncoiler is equipped with a high- efficiency disc-type tension brake set, in which the tension is adjusted via pneumatic passages, saving time and allowing for momentary forced braking to prevent steel coil from releasing

4. Equipped with a variable-speed DC motor drive, the pre-loader can work with the production line at selected speeds.

5. The slitting knife holder features a one-piece formed base with an independent transmission mechanism, which effectively enhances the rigidity of the machine structure, lowers vibration amplitude of the slitting knives, and upgrades the quality of slit products.

6. The standard tolerance of the vibration amplitude of the slitting knife axles are designed to be within 0.006mm, ensuring extended durability of the slitting knives and precision of slit products

7. To secure the stability of the slitting line during operation, a tension-controlled roll-up device with slip-differential structure is designed for the curling machine.
